Grant Writing

Our associates are highly skilled at helping teams navigate the research, eligibility determination, application and reporting needs of local, state and federal funding. We work with your internal experts to deliver innovative concepts and applications that highlight your strengths and provide a blueprint for growth areas. In 2022, our team secured over $3.5 million for underserved communities in Philadelphia that will contribute to local anti-violence initiatives.

Training Programs & Professional Development

Our associates work with local hospitals, research facilities and healthcare entities to fill in the gaps of the Resident training experience. We work with dozens of residents each year to provide specialized training and provide case consultation to Resident & Attending groups. We offer a range of popular topics and are happy to craft a specific training to meet the needs of your hospital or clinic.

Community Development & Housing

Our associates were busy during quarantine, as they expanded their work to include several community gardens, urban farms and animal assisted therapy non-profits to our partnering communities. Our work includes program development, strategic planning and funding acquisition. Associates at Intersectional Solutions also have experience with renewable energy sectors, green building standards and sustainable urban agricultural practices.

Workforce Development

Intersectional Solutions has experience scaling workforce pipelines that are both diverse and highly-skilled. In 2022, we partnered with Equitable Cities Consulting to create a skilled pipeline into the Philly Ship Yard, post COVID-19. Our innovative programming allowed our partners to recruit & retail key talent, in order to meet nation supply chain and DOD demands.
